CHAPTER 11 [RE] ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Chapter deleted without substitution. The State of South Carolina has specific energy standards in statutory form (Re: Title 6,Chapter 9, Building Codes and Title 6, Chapter 10, Building Energy Efficiency Standard Act). To eliminate any possibleconflicts concerning the insulation requirements for single- and two-family residential buildings between the South CarolinaResidential Code and state law, Chapter 11 was deleted.∗
