The short answer: every Friedman & Associates client gets a secure login to their claim at representation.claims. Every document, every carrier letter, and every dollar of the settlement math lives there, live, from the day the case opens until it closes. E-signing is built in, and denied or underpaid claims are our specialty. No recovery, no fee. Call 770-230-2616 or text the partners.
Call us before you call your carrier. The first phone call shapes the whole claim. Already filed, or an adjuster already assigned? We're still your next call.

Why visibility changes the fight
A roofer puts a sign in your yard. We put your case in your pocket. A carrier letter can sit unopened on a counter while its deadline quietly runs. In the portal that cannot happen: the letter reaches your pocket the moment it reaches the firm.
You watch the demand package go out. You watch our documented value stand next to the carrier's offer until the gap closes. When a signature is needed, you sign from your phone and the file moves the same day. Nothing about your own case is ever hidden from you.
Not every claim qualifies. Three taps to find out if yours does.
The law and the clock
The portal exists because deadlines do not wait for anyone to check the mail. Every carrier letter, every demand, every date lands where you can see it the day it happens, and the sharpest clock of all is written into your own policy.
One clock outranks everything: your policy's own "Suit Against Us" clause. Many policies shorten the deadline by contract. Read yours the day a claim goes sideways — negotiation does not pause it.
Questions about the portal
Is the portal secure?
Yes. Your file sits behind a private login over an encrypted connection, and there is no public registration. Access exists only where your case team created it, the day your case opened.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The portal runs in your phone’s browser at representation.claims. Add it to your home screen and it installs like an app, under the name "Your Claim."
What if I lose my password?
Tell your case team and we get you back in. Your password is permanent, it never expires on you, and access is managed by people who know your file.
Can my spouse see the claim too?
Yes. Ask your case team. A property claim belongs to the household, and we set up access for the policyholders on it.
Should I call you before I call my insurance company?
Yes. What gets said in the first call shapes the whole claim, so talk to us first. Already filed, or an adjuster already assigned? Call us anyway. We step in at any stage.
How long does the portal stay live?
The life of the claim. It stays live until your claim closes, retires 60 days after the file is archived, and inside that window you can bring it back yourself if you need something.
What does the portal cost?
Nothing. It is part of representation. Every client gets the portal the day the case opens.
I’m not good with technology. Is the phone still enough?
Completely. The portal adds visibility; it never replaces the people. Call 770-230-2616 whenever you want a human, and your case runs exactly the same.
Prefer a quieter first step? Ask us anything, free: a real answer from a licensed adjuster, no strings.
Friedman & Associates are licensed public adjusters in Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina, not attorneys. Our work is the licensed practice of public adjusting: reading the policy, documenting and valuing the loss, negotiating with the carrier, and keeping every document and every dollar of that work in front of you. Nothing on this page is legal advice, and litigation, including bad-faith suits, is referred to independent policyholder counsel.
The portal opens the day your case does. A free, confidential review by licensed public adjusters in Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. If we take the case, the fee comes from the recovery, never from you.
